About the role
As a warehouse operator you will be responsible for two areas within the warehouse, Order Processing and Forklift Operation.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately select products to fill customer orders and deliver these products to the shipping dock in a manner that meets company standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled and be available to work scheduled hours to meet customer demands.
- Forklift Operation: Accurately move products, support receiving, storing, and shipping operations, while meeting company standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Be available to work scheduled hours to meet customer demands.
Requirements
- General computer knowledge (SAP experience a plus)
- Able to work overtime (including weekends)
- One to two years of distribution/warehouse experience
- Able to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs
- Forklift operation experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred, not required
- Warehouse/manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
Skills
- Computer skills
- Familiarity with electronic scanning devices
