Warehouse Operator - 1st Shift
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to these headings appropriately.
We have Shift & Working Hours -> could be Schedule heading. Pay -> Pay heading. About the role -> maybe "About the role" heading (but we already have a paragraph describing role; could be under About the role). Responsibilities -> Key Responsibilities. Requirements -> Required Experience And Skills (maybe also include Must be 18+, etc). Qualifications -> maybe Preferred Experience? Or Skills? The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which sections have real content.
We have content for: About the role (description paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list of required experience/skills). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Experience). Skills (maybe not separate; we could combine). Pay (explicit). Schedule (Shift & Working Hours). Benefits? Not mentioned besides generic "broad portfolio of benefits" but no specifics; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "We provide a broad portfolio of benefits to keep you and your family at your best." That's vague but still states benefits exist. However rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits broadly, but not specific. Might be okay to include Benefits with that statement? The rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to omit Benefits because it's not specific. We'll omit.
We also have Physical Requirements; could be under Requirements or Qualifications? Could be a separate section maybe "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list. We could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably include under Requirements as part of required experience/skills? But physical requirements are separate. Could create a section "Requirements" that includes both required experience/skills and physical requirements. That's okay.
We also have "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." which could be under "About the role"? Actually About the role is about the role; About Land O'Lakes is about company. Could be separate section "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." but not in allowed headings list. However we could treat as "About the role" includes both role description and company info? Might be okay to have a section "About the role" containing the role description paragraph, and then maybe another paragraph about company under same heading? But better to have a separate section "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." but not allowed heading. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. So we need to fit company info under one of those headings, maybe "About the role" can include both role and company description. Or we could omit company info? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop. So we need to include it somewhere. We'll put it under "About the role" heading, after the role description paragraph.
Thus sections:
About the role
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. So we need to fit company info under one of those headings, maybe "About the role" can include both role and company description. Thus sections:

Land O’Lakes is Where Your Future Takes Root. Land O’Lakes and our global entities support diversity in employment practices. Neither Land O’Lakes, nor its affiliates or search firms, will ever contact you and ask for confidential information over the phone or in email. If you receive a call or email like this, please do not provide the information being requested. If you need to submit a reasonable accommodation request to complete the employment application process, please call the HR Solution Center at 844-LOL-HR4U (844-565-4748) M-F 8:00am-4:30pm CT.
But note: The latter paragraph includes EEO/legal boilerplate? It's about not asking for confidential info and accommodation request. That's not exactly EEO but still maybe considered boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate? It mentions not providing confidential info; that's a scam warning. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that paragraph about not providing confidential info and accommodation request? It's a scam warning. So we should drop that. Also the earlier line about Land O'Lakes being Where Your Future Takes Root is substantive? It's a tagline; maybe keep. The diversity statement maybe okay? It's not EEO? It says support diversity in employment practices; that's EEO-related. Might be considered EEO boilerplate; better to drop. The instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop lines about diversity, not providing confidential info, accommodation request. Keep the tagline "Land O’Lakes is Where Your Future Takes Root." That's not boilerplate. Thus About the role section will have the role description paragraph and maybe the tagline.
