About the role
Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse and ensure parts, orders and production support tasks move accurately and efficiently through the business. This role is central to maintaining organisation, stock accuracy, dispatch standards and workshop flow across LUCARI. You will work across picking and packing, goods in, stock movement, warehouse organisation and production support. Attention to detail, pace and pride in your work matter here.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all outbound goods meet LUCARI quality standards before dispatch
- Print and prepare shipping labels using the correct carrier systems
- Maintain clean, organised and safe warehouse areas at all times
- Receive deliveries, check quantities and report shortages or damages
- Put stock away correctly and maintain accurate stock locations
- Support stock checks and inventory organisation
- Assist production teams with movement of materials, cutting, glueing and workshop support tasks when required
- Support installation and build preparation where needed
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures including correct PPE usage and manual handling
- Maintain a proactive attitude and support wider business operations where required
- Represent the business professionally when interacting with customers, suppliers or visitors onsite
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work at pace
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work throughout the day
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support different departments
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic computer skills and confidence using systems for shipping and stock management
- Clear communication and team-first mindset
Good to Have
- Previous warehouse, workshop or automotive experience
- Experience with stock control or dispatch systems
- Forklift licence (not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
