Warehouse Operative

Temp to Perm Opportunity – Warehouse Operative role with a well-established, growing client in Southampton, relocating to Stockbridge by year-end. Ideal for candidates in the Winchester/Andover area or those with their own transport.

About the role

You will initially join the packing department, learning the operation from the ground up and gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Booking in deliveries and checking incoming goods.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Organising and replenishing warehouse stock.
• Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
• Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop within the business.

Schedule

• Current location: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.
• Following relocation: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Pay

£33,000–£35,000 per annum, plus a monthly performance-related bonus after three months.
