Warehouse Operations Technician II

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet/exceed goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers to set appointments and update load statuses.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to distribute workload properly using WMS.
• Collaborate with the inventory department to resolve issues with daily orders.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $22.25 per hour

Schedule

Sunday-Tuesday with every other Wednesday, 3:30 AM - 3:30 PM
