Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely delivery of orders and commitments
  • Works with product from clients involved in the active lifestyle
  • Models excellence for the Order Fulfillment team
  • Fosters relationships with all stakeholders
  • Aims for excellence in technical capabilities with proficiency in WMS
  • Communicates and interacts with team members
  • Multitasks and prioritizes duties
  • Adapts to a dynamic environment
  • Focuses on meeting KPIs and financial goals
  • Trains, cross-trains, and develops team members
  • Communicates, monitors, and drives goals and operational performance metrics
  • Plans labor requirements based on forecast and client direction
  • Communicates expectations and provides feedback on performance
  • Follows NRI safety rules, procedures, and protocols
  • Keeps work and storage areas clean and safe
  • Performs other duties as requested

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (optional)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, climb ladders/stairs, tolerate conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Pay

$61,500 - $76,750

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm
