About the role
Join our dynamic team at Triad1828 Centre. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the centre.
- Provide support to clients and staff, ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the facility to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance services offered to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of community resources and services.
