Warehouse Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Location: Honor Foods, 5505 Tacony Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137 – Full‑Time. Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (flexibility required; may need to cover other shifts periodically).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and accuracy goals.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and on‑budget movement of goods.
• Maintain inventory integrity by safeguarding accuracy, minimizing shrinkage, and resolving stock issues.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with buyers and operations leaders to solve challenges and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse leadership experience, preferably in distribution and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to cover other shifts as needed.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
