About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Operations & Purchasing Lead to oversee the daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing functions for our repair operations. This role ensures materials, parts, and equipment are received, tracked, stored, and distributed efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and continuous improvement are essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials, parts, and equipment.
- Manage inventory tracking, storage, and distribution to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead purchasing functions for repair operations, ensuring cost-effective procurement of necessary materials.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement in warehouse and purchasing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
