As an E-commerce Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for processing orders, packing items, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders efficiently and accurately
• Pack items according to specifications
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders
• Handle returns and exchanges as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
