What You'll Do

• Oversee office, field, and warehouse operations.

• Step in for deliveries, material handling, or field support when needed.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and consistency across all departments.
• Review job estimates and service quotes for accuracy.
• Aid technicians in preparing for smooth, efficient daily operations.

What You Need

• Experience in trades, construction, or service industries (residential/commercial).
• Proven leadership or supervisory background.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
