A Day In The Life
In the position of Lead, Operations you will oversee staff and ensure daily tasks are completed on a timely and safe manner.
- Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure an accurate inventory by following policy and procedures.
- Possess the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Examine outgoing shipments to ensure both are correct and meet specifications.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Assign and perform daily cycle counts to guarantee an accurate and consistent inventory.
- Support team when required -- assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
- Project a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner.
- Display a professional attitude while complying with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise warehouse staff and monitor performance on assigned daily tasks.
- Maintain office functions including filing, billing, match receiving paperwork.
The Impact

- Inspecting incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and communicating with shippers to resolve issues.
- Examining outgoing shipments to ensure they are correct and meet specifications.

- Assisting the team in assembling hoses to meet customer or stocking needs.
- Interacting positively with colleagues, customers, and management.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company policies.
- Overseeing and monitoring the performance of warehouse staff on assigned tasks.
- Managing office functions such as filing, billing, and matching receiving paperwork.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, General Management, or a related field.
- Has between 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
- Has between 1-3 years of experience in general warehouse operations.
- Is proficient in using computer systems such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Does not require any additional certifications.
- Has knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $22 - $29 USD for United States applicants.
