Job Responsibilities

• Captures and assigns tasks to achieve optimal use of personnel and equipment.
• Maintains inventory levels and inspects incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Safeguards warehouse operations by enforcing safety protocols.
• Orders supplies from vendors and advises on necessary items.
• Improves warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Trains warehouse staff and assists with their selection.
• Un crates shipments and manages container disposal.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisor role.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to handle variable work demands.

About the Role

This role may involve physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing. It may also require wearing uniforms and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
