ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Cook up daily warehouse activities to support production requirements and on-time customer deliveries.
- Cook up inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier scheduling, shipping documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels and procure inventory to maintain material availability and uninterrupted production.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory transactions within the Company's ERP system to ensure inventory integrity and operational visibility.
- Cook up the warehouse receipt and processing of Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring returned equipment and documentation are verified, routed appropriately, and accurately recorded within the Company's ERP system.
- Aid with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Support warehouse organization, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Cook up material movements between warehouse locations and production areas to maintain efficient material flow.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
- Eloquent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or materials coordination within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
