Bakerly, a family-owned company, is a baked goods manufacturer emphasizing delicious, premium, and authentic recipes using high-quality ingredients. This office-based Warehouse Operations Coordinator role focuses on inventory accuracy, order management, and coordination with warehouse and 3PL partners. It is data-driven and administrative, supporting the full product flow through systems management, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory to ensure accuracy, integrity, and overall inventory health by conducting physical counts and performing reconciliations.
- Ensure on-time, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse operations including storage, investigations, and handling.
- Manage inventory for special requests, including MIA samples, trade shows, and donation products.
- Properly consume and monitor CHEP pallet inventory to ensure proper visibility.
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving to maintain proper product flow and system accuracy.
- Manage inventory statuses at the receiving level when needed.
- Execute traceability exercises to meet compliance, audit, and product tracking requirements.
- Review and approve warehouse invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Set up new items and implement product specification updates at the warehouse as needed.
- Communicate daily with warehouse teams across time zones to drive smooth and timely operations.
- Ensure perfect order execution by enforcing accurate lot allocation, labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Daily interaction with the Customer Success and Transportation team to provide information and assistance on orders and inventory.
- Perform additional tasks necessary to support the Warehouse Operations Division.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain (cold storage experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage system is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to rapidly shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
