Founded in December 2021 by two brothers after their father's neurological diagnosis highlighted the issues with plastic pill organizers, the company has built a multi‑million‑dollar business in just over four years with a global team of 25. The mission is to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service, managing in‑house fulfillment at the Alexandria, VA facility (including custom engraving) with obsessive attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Packing customer orders alongside the founders from the warehouse in Alexandria, VA.
• Tracking and managing inventory and supply levels.
• Using laser and CNC engraving machines to personalize orders (training provided; no prior experience required).
• Adapting to whatever the business needs arise.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full‑time pick‑and‑pack experience.
• Located in Alexandria, VA or nearby in the DC/Maryland area.
• Available to work 40 hours per week in‑person.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Salary: $60,000 per year plus performance‑based bonuses.
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week.

• Warehouse address: 6596 Fleet Drive, Alexandria, VA.
• Nearest Metro stations: Franconia–Springfield and Van Dorn (Blue Line).
• Bus: Fairfax Connector routes 231/232 stop across the street.
• Parking available on site.
