Warehouse Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of a team of full-time employees
• Staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination
• Implement progressive strategies in performance and productivity management
• Provide consistent, equitable feedback and offer coaching and counseling as necessary
• Direct operational activities within warehouse settings
• Conduct operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations
• Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks
• Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations
• Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain the security of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operation management and team management
• Knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers
• Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities
• Fully fluent in both English and Mandarin

Pay

Pay Rate: From $85,000 per year
