About the role

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist (internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler), you’ll work in a fast-paced, automated fulfillment environment with conveyors, sorters, and robots to pick, pack, put away, load, and receive genuine OEM parts. You’ll assemble and pack purchase orders, use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts, and maintain a safety-first environment by following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, put away, and receive OEM restaurant parts while maintaining a positive team environment
• Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct warehouse locations
• Work with the Warehouse team to complete daily orders; performance is measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed

Requirements

• Ability to work one of the following shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Ability to move around for long periods and consistently lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, transporting parts via carts and/or forklifts, and retrieving parts from top and bottom shelves using ladders or reach trucks
• Reliable team-player mindset with a desire to build a career within Parts Town Fulfillment Center
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Pay

Salary range: $37,893.45 – $46,314.21 annually ($18.21 – $22.26 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and location. Additional earnings may include profit-sharing and annual bonuses.
