Responsibilities

  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage excellent customer service
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Greet visitors, as needed
  • Create memos, correspondence, and other documents
  • Provide assistance in the following areas: split/loam, verification, pallet label/receiving, arrival, appointment, inventory control, report, import, and swing-shift/graveyard desks

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one-three months clerical experience; or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects
  • Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines
  • 10,000 SPH ten-key
  • 40 WPM typing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to continue education, as necessary
