Warehouse Clerk, Mid/Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Batch processing
• Driver check in
• Repack
• Inventory control
• Metric tracking
• Slotting
• Point of sales and all other assigned duties
• Will call and direct bill processing
• Receive and process point of sale orders
• Cycle count warehouse locations for accuracy
• Review load audits for accurate times for loss prevention
• Process repacked cases for restocking
• Enter and slot new items into warehouse for night production
• Schedule deliveries with carriers, purchasing department and independent carriers
• Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria
• Receive and sign for all deliveries
• Unload deliveries from all inbound carriers including trailers, containers, dock trucks and vans
• Process claims and returns with warehouse, purchasing, accounts payable, distributors and independent carriers

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Two-year associates or four-year degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse and shipping operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel Office Suite
• AS400 experience
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Schedule

• Shift hours starting at 4pm until completion
• Approximately 10-12 hours per shift
• 4 Day Work Week, Monday through Thursday
