Warehouse Night Associate
About the role
The Night Order Selector position at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic warehouse team. This role involves selecting outbound orders, lifting heavy cases, and ensuring accurate product placement.
Responsibilities
- Select product for outbound shipping.
- Repetitively lift 35-60 pound cases and place on a pallet up to 1000 times per shift.
- Accurately review and match selection labels to the correct product.
- Properly record start and stop times on work assignments.
- Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
- Record and clean up breakage as directed.
- Complete end of shift responsibilities including palletizing, returns, replenishment, and cleanup.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years related experience.
- Ability to operate scanning devices.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills & Abilities
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Ability to find solutions for or deal proactively with work-related problems.
Safety Overview
- Ability to perform job duties as instructed by process and follow rules and regulations pertaining to the warehouse and all equipment safety regulations.
- The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited in the warehouse, except during break and lunch periods outside of normal work areas.
