Warehouse Night Associate

About the role

The Night Order Selector position at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic warehouse team. This role involves selecting outbound orders, lifting heavy cases, and ensuring accurate product placement.

Responsibilities

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repetitively lift 35-60 pound cases and place on a pallet up to 1000 times per shift.
• Accurately review and match selection labels to the correct product.
• Properly record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
• Record and clean up breakage as directed.
• Complete end of shift responsibilities including palletizing, returns, replenishment, and cleanup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills & Abilities

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to find solutions for or deal proactively with work-related problems.

Safety Overview

• Ability to perform job duties as instructed by process and follow rules and regulations pertaining to the warehouse and all equipment safety regulations.
• The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited in the warehouse, except during break and lunch periods outside of normal work areas.
