Pay

• Hourly Pay: $21.00
• Shift Premium: $1.00 when working 2nd shift
• Pay schedule: Weekly

About the Role

Warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. Products handled include tools and equipment. Roles involve operating state-of-the-art equipment in a safe supply chain environment with caring leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license or certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must follow health and safety methods
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
