Role Purpose Statement

The Materials Logistics/Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all supply chain and materials management metrics for the CSC’s in assigned region, driving continuous improvement, end to end inventory oversight—from forecasting through delivery—ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance. You will also manage production planning, annual spend for perishable food and materials, SKUs, food cost variance, purchasing, SOP development, customer relations, and a team of 10 employees. Ideal candidates bring strong hands on food knowledge, a solid understanding of HACCP and regulatory standards, proven leadership capabilities, and expertise in purchasing, materials management, and production planning.

Main Accountabilities

• Oversee all inventory management functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and financial stewardship.
• Lead a team of warehouse professionals through coaching, training, and performance development.
• Ensure excellent execution of receiving, storage, requisitioning, and distribution processes.
• Implement enterprise-wide supply chain policies and ensure consistent execution across the region.
• Drive achievement of annual quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Ensure customer and company-owned materials are managed efficiently
