Warehouse Materials Handler

Responsibilities

• Pulling and checking orders for delivery
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Using the computer system to print delivery paperwork
• Stocking shelves and helping customers
• Driving Forklift in picking area and build pallet/load
• Efficiently & accurately organizing building materials using a variety of equipment
• Following daily operations schedule, with an ability to adjust to customer needs
• Continually organizing both warehouse and yard work areas
• Deciding within clear guidelines & with the support of the fellow team and management
• Having better-than-average accuracy in the quality of the work

Requirements

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Able to lift 40-80 pounds throughout the workday
• Able to handle repetitive tasks in a consistent and efficient manner
• Able to follow safety expectations set by company safety policies
• Able to have regular, reliable, predictable attendance
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and reach products for 8-10 hours per day
• Able to withstand environmental temperatures (Winter, Summer Temps)
• Able to work overtime hours as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience
