Warehouse Materials Coordinator - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and moving parts and materials.
• Receiving and inspecting shipments and deliveries.
• Triaging, inspecting, and receiving parts and/or documents for compliance to requirements and written procedures.
• Receiving, reviewing, and assigning return material authorizations.
• Processing scrap material for disposal.
• Compiling and maintaining manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process reports, and status and location of materials.
• Performs kitting for new builds, rework and return materials and fulfill requests as needed.
• Picking, issuing and packing material for outbound shipments to ASTM standards.
• Coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections, departments, or suppliers according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities.
• Resolves receiving, kitting, shipping, non-conforming material, return material or source issues.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of related experience; OR comparable combination of education and experience. Basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, turret truck, stock picker). Previous training in Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Supply databases.

Pay

Typical hiring range: $18.20 – $25.08 per hour.

Schedule

This role is on‑site full‑time in Bingen, WA. Insitu offers a 9/80 work schedule and a flexible work model. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
