About the role
The Warehouse Material Manager oversees the efficient management of materials within the warehouse environment. This includes ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure they are proficient in material handling and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and logistics processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with warehouse management software systems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
- Experience with material handling equipment and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
