HotFoot Recruiters is seeking Warehouse Material Handlers to support warehouse, logistics, and construction-site operations for a growing semiconductor contractor in North Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping and receiving, forklift, material handling, or delivery experience who are comfortable supporting an active construction project. Experience driving a flatbed truck is strongly preferred for select openings.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, stage, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Pick, prepare, load, and unload orders for warehouse and construction-site delivery.
- Transport materials and equipment between the warehouse and designated TSMC work areas.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Deliver, unload, and retrieve rental equipment from project work areas.
- Drive a company flatbed truck or similar vehicle when assigned.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity, condition, and accuracy.
- Maintain organized inventory records, delivery documentation, and material logs.
- Coordinate with supervisors, project engineers, vendors, and field teams regarding material needs.
- Move and carry construction materials, equipment, and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Assist with warehouse housekeeping, site cleanup, and general labor duties.
- Follow OSHA, PPE, traffic, warehouse, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Perform additional logistics and warehouse support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, material handling, construction, delivery, or laydown-yard experience preferred.
- Hands-on forklift experience strongly preferred; current certification is a plus.
- Flatbed truck, box truck, or commercial delivery experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required for driving responsibilities.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, staging, loading, and unloading preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors and around active construction operations.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attendance, reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail required.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- TSMC site, semiconductor, construction warehouse, or material logistics experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must complete required TSMC white-badge and site-access requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay
$22/hr
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime available based on project needs
Start date: ASAP
