Local to the Twin Cities metro area, willing to travel up to 30% for trade show events and installations.
Job Duties
- Follow direction from Warehouse Manager/Leads and Production Manager
- Aid in preparation of outgoing freight including final booth prep and truck loading
- Assist in booth setup, including graphic testing, AV mounting, and hardware verification
- Work with AV technology team to organize and test AV equipment
- Operate company forklift safely and effectively
- Execute detailed check-in process for client assets and hardware
- Inspect and clean client exhibits and display materials
- Track and use manual timekeeping forms for tasks completed
- Assist with sidewalk snow/ice removal and salting when necessary
Skills and Experience Required
- Computer operation including MS Office products
- Enterprise Resource Planning software data entry and inquiry
- RF scanners and data entry inventory software
- Attention to detail and ability to document details
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Accountability, reliability, and precise communications
- Forklift experience
Skills and Experience Nice to Have
- NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
- Light construction or carpentry experience
Willingness to Travel
Up to 25%
