Responsibilities

• Manually load trucks with products to be delivered to customers.
• Lift, lower, and carry product in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stack empty pallets and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Ensure safe work practices and embrace the company’s safety culture.
• Contribute to the success of Staples Supply Chain by delivering to customers efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to be MHEO certified and safely operate required material handling equipment.
• Willingness to keep the work area clean.
• Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
• Quick adoption of safety procedures and consistent safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 lb.
• Ability to walk and stand 100 % of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 3+ months related experience in a warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience; ability to pass a drug screen as legally permissible; ability to work additional overtime hours as needed for full‑time associates.
• Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Pay

Competitive Pay: $21.00 per hour (includes $2.00 per hour shift differential).
