Responsibilities

• Manually load trucks with products for customer delivery
• Lift, lower, and carry product in a fast‑paced environment
• Stack empty pallets and maintain a safe, clean workspace
• Ensure safe work practices and embrace the safety culture

Requirements

• Ability to become MHEO certified and safely operate required material handling equipment
• Willingness to keep work area clean
• Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to build strong relationships and foster collaboration
• Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally
• If hired full‑time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime required based on business need
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
• Must wear safety composite shoes
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Pay

Competitive Pay: $22.50/hour (includes $1.00/hour Shift Differential)
