Under the supervision of the Service Center Manager, Supervisor, and Lead, this position is responsible for the fulfillment of all orders. This role ensures that all received orders are accurately picked and packed, guaranteeing the correct products and quantities are shipped and delivered to the requesting location nightly. The Warehouse Material Handler will operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), inventory carousels, and sortation machinery. The role also involves using handheld scanners with a mobile computer displaying the Warehouse Management System to pick orders and delivering shipments to facilities using a 26ft straight box truck.

Responsibilities

  • Import orders into the Warehouse Management System.
  • Receive product in the Inventory Management ERP Application.
  • Replenish stock as needed throughout the shift.
  • Rotate stock based on expiration date to ensure items closest to expiration are shipped first.
  • Fulfill all orders, pack and ship them, including delivery using a 26ft straight box truck.
  • Remove expired products from inventory.
  • Repack and perform kitting tasks.
  • Operate a forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, electric and manual pallet jacks.
  • Perform general warehouse maintenance and ensure warehouse cleanliness.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Warehousing or supply chain background preferred.
  • Experience with forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker operation preferred.
  • Maintain an active driver’s license (required).
  • DOT certification (preferred).
