Warehouse Material Handler II, Supply Chain, 4:00p-12:30a

Job Description

This position is responsible for the fulfillment of all orders under the supervision of the Service Center Manager, Supervisor, and Lead. The responsibilities include operating various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, inventory carousels, and sortation machinery. The Material Handler will also be using hand-held scanners with a mobile computer to pick all orders, pack and ship them, and deliver shipments to facilities using a 26ft straight box truck. Additionally, they will refill supplying locations from overstock locations, rotate stock based on expiration dates, remove expired products, repack and kit orders, and maintain general warehouse cleanliness.

• Import orders into the Warehouse Management System
• Receiving of product in the Inventory Management ERP Application
• Replenishment of stock as needed throughout the shift
• Rotation of Stock based on expiration date
• Fulfillment of all Orders and packing and shipping of orders which includes delivery using a 26ft straight box truck
• Removal of Expired Products
• Repack and Kitting
• Operating a Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Electric and Manual Pallet Jack
• General Warehouse Maintenance
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
• Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times

Essential Functions

• Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, inventory carousels, and sortation machinery
• Use hand-held scanners with a mobile computer displaying our Warehouse Management System to pick all orders
• Deliver shipments to facilities using a 26ft straight box truck
• Refill supplying locations from overstock locations throughout the warehouse to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Rotate stock based on expiration date
• Remove expired products
• Repack and Kitting
• Operate a Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Electric and Manual Pallet Jack
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
• Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required. A warehousing or supply chain background is preferred. Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker operation is preferred. A valid driver's license is required and DOT certification is preferred.
