Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver positions in clean, organized, and well-run facilities. Products handled include retail items. Equipment used: Cherry Pickers, Order Pickers, Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and more. These roles support distribution across the US.

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $32.25 per hour

Schedule

• First Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Every other Wednesday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Must be punctual with a good attendance record
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision
• Possesses a high degree of initiative
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must work using health and safety methods
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule on various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
