Warehouse Material Handler (458)

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler to join its team. About the role

In this role, you will receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks. You’ll also assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites, including unloading and staging product at jobsites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner
• Complete pick ticket orders
• Unload and receive all OTR deliveries
• Pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck
• Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
• Provide excellent customer service
• Double check all loads for accuracy and ensure they are thoroughly secured for delivery
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly
• Treat all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
• Perform all duties safely

Requirements

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently
• Building material experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and team player

Pay

$20-22/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm.
