About the role

We are hiring Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Material Handlers to support our facility in Spring Hill, TN. This role involves handling automotive parts and supplies using powered industrial material handling equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks.

Pay

$23.04 per hour, plus $1.25 per hour for 2nd shift.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift operator's license certified
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to work within a diverse work environment
  • Highly thorough and dependable
  • Must be punctual with a good attendance record
  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possesses a high degree of initiative
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be available to work on a flexible schedule across various shifts
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
