Warehouse Material Coordinator - Contract - Onsite

About the role

Insitu has an immediate need for a Warehouse Coordinator for an onsite contract opportunity. The contract is estimated at 9‑12 months and could be extended. This position is 100% onsite, primarily in Bingen, WA, with occasional work in The Dalles, OR.

Responsibilities

• Perform varied administrative activities such as data input, record or log keeping, information monitoring, and follow‑up.
• Operate typical warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, turret truck, stock picker).
• Utilize hardware and software tools as well as business system applications.
• Manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identification, and resolution.
• Apply knowledge of enterprise resource systems, including supply databases, shipping/receiving, warranties, and inventory management tools/processes.
• Understand customer and supplier requirements to support program deliveries, including order quantity, resource planning, material type, and lead times.
• Follow Foreign Object Damage/Debris procedures and equipment; work with sheet metal processing, air vehicle manufacturing processes, shipping, receiving, packaging, storage, specialized tools, calibration maintenance, corrosion prevention, electrostatic discharge, fabrication tools, hand‑tools, flight hardware towing, jacking, and marshalling operations, and general shop processes.
• Maintain general knowledge of transportation, shipping, receiving, and storage procedures to identify potential requirements and impacts (e.g., ESD, hazardous material, OSHA, EHS).

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse, administrative, MRO, or similar fields.
• Ability to work independently from work instructions.
• Proficiency with computers and software, and the ability to learn new software applications.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite, primarily in Bingen, WA, with occasional travel to The Dalles, OR.
