About the Role
TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, keeping all systems, files, logs and inventory up-to-date and accurate. You will order supplies needed for the daily operation of all departments and consistently review equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient.
Responsibilities

- Orders supplies needed for the daily operation of all departments
- Consistently reviews equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient
- Trains technicians on equipment reconciliation processes
- Ensures all orders are completed to meet required deadlines
- Ensures that resources (i.e. Company vehicles, company and client equipment, etc) are secured and maintained in proper working order
- Conducts and/or attends meetings as needed
- Performs quality inspections to ensure warehouse is in compliance and meeting guidelines
- Manages all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensures safety is priority: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
- Strives to provide the best customer experience every day
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience required
- Previous experience managing a team preferred
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
- Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
