Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse and Consignment Operations
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments
• Provide weekly consignment updates, monitoring inventory levels and ordering as necessary
• Manage stock levels and organize parts and materials in the warehouse to meet demand
• Secure and manage refrigerant usage, maintaining a usage log
• Create and organize comprehensive job folders with necessary documents and materials
• Verify changeout sheets with management and technicians, reporting any discrepancies
• Utilize Service Titan and company email for job-related communication and information
• Stage equipment and materials for jobs in advance, ensuring readiness
• Assist with fleet maintenance and coordinate AirGas orders, while operating a forklift for various warehouse tasks
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage trash disposal schedules
• Arrange main dumpster pickups and oversee scrap material management

Requirements

• 3 years warehouse or logistics experience (required); 3-5 years preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with inventory system preferred
• OSHA-10 or Similar Forklift (Preferred)
• Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
