Position Responsibilities
- Oversight of all warehouse activities
- Daily operations management
- Facility and grounds maintenance
- Budgeting and compliance
- Safety oversight
- Coordination of goods receipt
- Dispatching orders on time to appropriate destinations
- Ensuring correct quantities of orders
- Training team members, including supervisors and other department staff
- Ensuring proper execution of work procedures
- Overseeing employee development and performance appraisals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience
- or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience
