Warehouse Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Oversight of all warehouse activities
• Daily operations management
• Facility and grounds maintenance
• Budgeting and compliance
• Safety oversight
• Coordination of goods receipt
• Dispatching orders on time to appropriate destinations
• Ensuring correct quantities of orders
• Training team members, including supervisors and other department staff
• Ensuring proper execution of work procedures
• Overseeing employee development and performance appraisals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience
• or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience

Pay

$90,000 - $120,000 plus annual target bonus

Full Time, 2nd Shift
