Contract: Permanent, Full time – 37.5 hours per week
About the role
Provide Community Equipment Services delivers, collects, installs, maintains, refurbishes, and manages community equipment that supports individuals to live independently and safely within their own homes.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of all warehouse operations, including stock control, equipment receipt and dispatch, cleansing, decontamination, refurbishment, recycling, and storage functions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver an efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused service.
- Provide direct line management to warehouse staff.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with operational managers and support functions.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas of operational risk or non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers, commissioners, and stakeholders.
Pay
£55,001 - £65,000 per year
