About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all ordering, inventory management, and product logistics for our airport restaurants and markets, in coordination with Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) management teams. Core duties include managing the purchasing, inventory, and logistics team while using analytics to evaluate effectiveness by measuring inventory levels, reducing waste, and lowering cost of goods (COG).

Responsibilities

• Manage all required daily and weekly inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels for supplying markets and restaurants.
• Review consumption reports and work with the General Manager of Inventory to align parts with sales and forecasted future needs.
• Ensure required daily production for markets is completed by the BOH team and properly logged.
• Implement and oversee protocols for rotation of stock to ensure quality and reduce waste.
• Ensure expired product is pulled and sent back to the correct warehouse for proper waste logging.
• Manage Warehouse and Porter teams to ensure orders are picked correctly, delivered on time, and all transfers are logged.
• Ensure all product deliveries meet QA standards for time, temperature, and sanitization.

Requirements

• Degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of management experience in restaurants or retail—preferably overseeing multi-unit concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions.

Pay

$60,000 to $70,000 per year.
