Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager at Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient service to meet the demands of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations such as receiving, putaway, picking, staging, packaging, and internal transfers.
- Managing accurate handling and movement of high-value materials like GPUs, servers, and networking components.
- Designing and optimizing warehouse layout, racking systems, and storage strategies for improved space utilization and efficiency.
- Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material movement, inventory transactions, and physical control.
- Ensuring timely and accurate ERP transactions (NetSuite preferred) for inventory movement and tracking.
- Enforcing safety standards and maintaining full OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities, equipment, and personnel.
- Conducting regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting to foster a culture of safety.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring and improving warehouse KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and throughput.
- Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects focused on warehouse process optimization and scalability.
- Training, mentoring, and managing warehouse team members to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in warehouse and materials management, preferably in high-tech or hardware environments. Strong organizational, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with a proven track record in warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and process improvement. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational discipline are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in data center, electronics, or hardware deployment environments, familiarity with lean warehousing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies, and exposure to fixed asset tracking and audit support processes.
