Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage supervisors of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Focus on the productivity, process, and quality of warehouse operations.
• Reduce controllable expenses and improve cost productivity, outbound shipment quality, and process improvement.
• Lead and assist in daily operations, which may include developing training plans, performance feedback, project implementation, continuous process improvement, customer and supplier quality, and communication with internal business leadership and employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.

Pay

$86,000 - $105,000 per year. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10 AM until finished. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed is required.
