The Opportunity We're looking for a professional, results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US & Canada. You'll be hands-on, taking part in all aspects of warehouse management for our San Jose, CA warehouse — actively kitting, picking, receiving, and performing cycle counts on the floor, while also overseeing one Warehouse Coordinator to ensure seamless coverage across the day and full inventory control for our field service teams. You'll drive process improvement and operational excellence, including our ongoing rollout of the RF Smart system to enhance inventory accuracy, while helping us build smarter, more efficient systems as we scale. Working within a matrix structure, you'll report to the local General Manager while partnering closely with our Supply Chain team to keep warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and Standard Operating Procedures running smoothly. What You Will Do: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentEnsure all materials are properly stored and labeledExecute supplier pickups and returns as neededManage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offsPerform regular cycle counts and ensure accuracy of inventory recordsUpdate inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuiteReceive incoming shipments and verify against purchase ordersInspect items for damage or discrepanciesHandle warranty-related RMAsProcess vendor returns and coordinate creditsAccurately record receiving activities in NetSuiteEnsure real-time inventory data and cycle counts are reflected in the ERP system What You Bring: Advanced education in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Must be able to operate a forklift.5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Follows OSHA Electrical StandardFollows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $71,000 - $88,000 per annum Benefits: Dental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by JetsonHealth Insurance Premium 85% paid by Jetson Education Support Parental Leave Top Up401k program Work Location: In person - San Jose, CA Do you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
