Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager oversees and coordinates the supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution activities. The role uses the PBM system to monitor logistics performance, optimize processes, manage shipment tracking, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Cook up transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Use PBM software/system to:
• Track shipments and inventory.
• Generate logistics reports.
• Maintain KPIs and performance metrics.
• Improve operational planning and workflow.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and business locations.
• Maintain inventory levels and reduce stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Control logistics costs and maintain budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead and supervise logistics staff and warehouse teams.
• Analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with PBM systems or logistics management software.
• Experience working with inventory control and transportation management.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Skills

• Project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
