Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Manager with Service Titan experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and coordinate equipment ordering and deliveries to multiple branch locations on a weekly basis. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to creating an efficient, productive, and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure activities are completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using Service Titan software
• Conduct inventory control, cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy
• Coordinate equipment ordering, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Schedule and manage weekly deliveries to multiple store locations
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and enforce safety standards
• Improve operational processes and workflow optimization
• Lead and develop warehouse teams
• Perform physical warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Extensive Service Titan inventory management experience
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
