Warehouse Manager About the Opportunity Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day distribution and inventory operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment activities, and developing a high-performing warehouse team. Key Responsibilities Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and stock movement.Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer and internal orders while maintaining productivity standards.Monitor inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and effective inventory control practices.Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment that supports operational excellence.Utilize warehouse technology and systems to improve workflow, visibility, and overall performance.Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel, providing clear direction and accountability.Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.Strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.Experience working with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking technologies.Familiarity with ERP and warehouse software platforms is highly desirable.Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate teams.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
