About the Role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily warehouse operations. This role involves strategic planning and execution to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement. The Warehouse Manager will develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance safety measures, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance safety measures.
• Ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Drive safe work practices and maintain a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receiving.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and/or crouching from various heights to stock or remove products.
• Flexible schedule to support operational needs.
• Forklift Certification.
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software, including SAP and RFMS.
• Strong safety culture and experience driving safe work practices in a warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse management.
• Forklift Certified Trainer.
• Flooring knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses.
• Experience in providing safety training.
