Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, contents storage, inventory, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse staff. This role is responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, efficient, safe, and ready to support our field operations. The ideal candidate is an organized, dependable leader who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work closely with Operations, Production, Project Managers, and Billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, workflow, organization, and cleanliness
• Manage receiving, staging, storage, and release of contents and materials
• Coordinate warehouse activities to support field operations and job timelines
• Ensure customer contents are properly received, labeled, inventoried, and stored
• Maintain accurate location tracking and chain-of-custody documentation
• Track equipment, tools, and materials using approved inventory systems
• Supervise warehouse staff and technicians assigned to warehouse duties
• Assign daily tasks and manage workloads
• Train employees on SOPs, safety, and proper handling procedures
• Address performance concerns and communicate issues to Operations leadership
• Coordinate warehouse schedules for pack-outs, deliveries, and pack-backs
• Maintain accurate warehouse, inventory, and contents records
• Track storage start and end dates
• Ensure documentation supports billing, storage charges, and audits
• Conduct regular audits of inventory, storage, and equipment
• Identify discrepancies, losses, and process issues
• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Experience managing inventory, equipment, or warehouse operations preferred
• Restoration industry experience is a plus
• Ability to safely handle and move materials and contents as required
