Warehouse Manager

About the role
This full-time, onsite position oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. The Warehouse Manager manages staff, supports customer service and sales goals, coordinates maintenance, and contributes to budgeting and process improvements. The role serves as a key liaison for delivery teams, assists in training new employees, and may occasionally support field operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, and product relocation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, address performance concerns, and train new employees.
- Conduct cycle counts, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate records to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on issues or complaints.
- Manage payroll, budgets, supply ordering, and end-of-day revenue processing.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Schedule and oversee building maintenance and ensure warehouse equipment is operational and safe.
- Set up delivery routes, assist with dispatching, and provide backup driving support when needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist in budget planning.
- May occasionally assist with field operations or deliveries as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years related warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Physically able and willing to move furniture.

Pay
$48,000-$51,000 / year depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM; some flexibility may be required.
